Tender alerts, inside Claude

No new dashboard. Claude connects to the source data and answers there.

Most tender alert services do one thing well and stop there. A notice matching your saved search appears in your inbox, you skim it, and the actual work starts: opening the portal, reading the requirement properly, and working out whether this buyer has done something like it before. The alert told you a thing exists. It could not tell you whether it matters.

Bringing alerts into Claude closes that gap, because the follow-up question happens in the same place as the notification. You ask what has opened in your categories since Friday and get the notices. You ask whether this buyer has run this requirement before, and who won it, and the answer is drawn from the award records rather than from a search you would otherwise be doing by hand.

There is no separate product to roll out, which matters more than it sounds. Bid teams have usually inherited two systems already and are not enthusiastic about a third. This connects to the Claude your organisation is already paying for, so the interface your team has to learn is the one open on their screen right now.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

What is live right now

Open opportunities across every covered portal, filtered by the criteria your team actually qualifies on.

Questions

How is this different from an email alert service?
An alert tells you something was published. This lets you interrogate it, what the buyer bought last time, from whom, at what value, in the same conversation, so triage and research stop being separate tasks.
Can I set up alerts for specific categories and buyers?
Yes. You describe what you bid on in plain English rather than building a saved search, and you can change it as easily as asking a different question.
Does this work with the Claude subscription we already have?
Yes. It connects over MCP, which Claude supports directly, so there is nothing to install for your team and no separate seats to buy from us.
Which markets are covered?
The US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand among others. Coverage follows public portals rather than a fixed list, so tell us where you sell and we will confirm what is running.
