These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Dot Product Pty Ltd. They are short because this site is an information page with a contact form. There is nothing to sign up to and nothing to pay for.

What this site is

A description of a product we are building, and a form to start a conversation about it. Completing the form does not create an account, a contract, or an obligation on either of us. It means we will get in touch.

Information on this site

We aim to keep everything here accurate, but it describes a product under active development and it will change. In particular:

• Any example questions, answers, contract values or award records shown on this site are illustrative. They are there to show the shape of the product and are not published procurement data.
• Coverage of procurement portals is indicative. Portals change, are renamed, and occasionally close. We will confirm current coverage for your markets when we speak.
• Any win rates, revenue estimates or similar figures the product produces are estimates derived from public records, not statements of fact about any organisation.

Third-party names

Portal names, product names and trade marks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. Naming them describes what we work with; it does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

Your use of the site

Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or submit false information through the form. We may block access if you do.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we provide this site as-is, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the information on it.
