QTenders, without leaving your AI assistant

Open opportunities, past awards and who won them, answered in plain English.

QTenders lists what Queensland agencies have put to market, and it is workable if you already know which agency you are watching. It is much harder if your question runs the other way, from a category to the buyers who purchase it. Queensland buying is also geographically spread, so the same requirement can appear under different agencies and regions without anything connecting them for you.

Procurement Context puts the published records behind your AI assistant. You ask which Queensland buyers have purchased your kind of work, who won, and what is open now, and the answer is assembled from the tender notices and award records. The only interface is MCP, so the answers appear in Claude, ChatGPT or whichever assistant your team already has running.

What that changes is the timing of the decision. Instead of shortlisting on the strength of a title and a closing date, you can check who has held the work, whether the buyer tends to go back to market or extend, and how the requirement has been scoped before. That is a bid or no bid conversation you can have in the same hour the notice appears, rather than the following week.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

What is live right now

Open opportunities across every covered portal, filtered by the criteria your team actually qualifies on.

Questions

Can I see award history for Queensland tenders?
Yes. Awarded contract records sit alongside the open opportunities, including the buying agency and the supplier who won. For teams choosing where to spend bid effort, that history is usually the more useful half of the dataset.
Can it find buyers I am not already watching?
Yes. Because you can ask from the category side rather than the agency side, the answer surfaces organisations that have bought what you sell even if they were never on your list. That is difficult to do by browsing a portal.
Does it work alongside the other states?
Yes. Other Australian jurisdictions and international sources can sit alongside QTenders, and coverage is portal-agnostic. If a procurement source is public we can stand it up quickly, so tell us where you sell.
Is there an app my team has to learn?
No. There is no dashboard and no separate application. It connects over MCP to the AI assistant your team already uses, and you ask questions in plain English there.
