GeBIZ, without leaving your AI assistant

Open opportunities, past awards and who won them, answered in plain English.

GeBIZ is the centralised channel for Singapore government buying, and centralisation cuts both ways. Everything is in one place, which is convenient, but it also means a lot of activity moving through a single stream of notices. Picking out the ones that match what you sell, and then working out whether they are genuinely contestable, is still manual work that lands on someone every week.

Procurement Context puts the published records behind your AI assistant. You ask which agencies have bought your kind of work, who was awarded it, and what has opened recently in your categories, and the answer comes from the tender notices and award records. There is no separate application, because the only interface is MCP and it connects to the assistant your team already has open.

The questions that change a decision are usually about pattern rather than about a single notice. Whether an agency has bought this before and how the scope shifted. Which suppliers appear repeatedly across ministries and statutory boards. Whether the award history suggests a real contest or a routine renewal. Those take too long to answer by hand, so mostly they are not answered at all.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

What is live right now

Open opportunities across every covered portal, filtered by the criteria your team actually qualifies on.

Questions

Does it include awarded tenders as well as open ones?
Yes. Contract award records sit alongside the current opportunities, including the buying organisation and the supplier who won. That history is often what tells you whether a new notice is worth pursuing.
Can it compare buying across different agencies?
Yes. You can ask about a category across buyers rather than checking each one in turn, which surfaces organisations that purchase what you sell but were not on your list. The answer is built from the published records.
Does it cover markets outside Singapore?
Yes. Coverage is portal-agnostic, so regional and international sources can sit beside GeBIZ. If a procurement source is public we can stand it up quickly. Tell us where you sell and we will confirm what is in place.
Do we need a dashboard or new logins?
No. There is no dashboard and no signup. It connects over MCP to the AI assistant your team already uses, so the answers appear where the work is already happening.
