Who is buying, and what is next
What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.
Open opportunities, past awards and who won them, answered in plain English.
The New York State Contract Reporter carries notices from state agencies, authorities and public benefit corporations, which is a wide and uneven set of buyers. A notice from a state agency and one from an authority can look alike and behave nothing alike. If you are covering New York seriously you are reading a lot of postings that were never going to be yours, and the posting itself gives you very little to filter on.
Procurement Context answers from the same records inside your AI assistant. Ask which New York buyers have purchased your category before, which vendors they awarded, and how a requirement has moved between suppliers across cycles. You get the record rather than a rewritten summary, and you get it without working buyer by buyer through a search form. There is no separate application for your team to adopt and no seats to roll out.
That is where the time goes back. Deciding whether an authority buys this category routinely or is doing it once. Whether a solicitation is a genuine opening or a recompete with an entrenched incumbent. Whether the MWBE participation goal on a posting is standard for that buyer. Those are judgement calls, and they get made faster when the underlying record is one question away instead of a separate search.

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.
Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.
Open opportunities across every covered portal, filtered by the criteria your team actually qualifies on.
