Who is actually winning contracts in the United States

Award history, incumbent suppliers and buyer patterns, from the source records.

The solicitation tells you what the buyer says it wants. The award record tells you what they actually bought, from whom, and how many times before. Those live in different places, and in the United States they live in different places at every level: federal, state, county, city, school district and special authority. Reconstructing a picture across them is the work nobody has time for before a bid or no bid call.

Procurement Context puts award records behind your AI assistant. You ask who has won a category at a given agency, which suppliers keep recurring, and how a requirement has moved between them over successive cycles. The answers come from the source award records rather than a summary. There is no dashboard: the only interface is MCP, so it answers inside the assistant your team already uses.

What that buys you is a better read on contestability. An incumbent with three consecutive awards and a scope that has barely moved is a different proposition to one that took the work once on a bridge action. Recompete timing, the spread of suppliers in a category and how narrowly a requirement is written are all readable from the record, and they are what should decide where your capture effort goes.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

Questions

Where does the award data come from?
From public procurement sources, at federal, state and local level. Coverage is portal-agnostic, so if a source publishes its awards it can be stood up quickly. Tell us which agencies matter to you and we will confirm what is already covered.
Can I find out who the incumbent is on a contract?
You can ask who has been awarded similar work by a given agency and see the pattern across cycles. That is usually how incumbency becomes visible, since a single record rarely tells the story on its own.
Does it cover state and local awards, not just federal?
Yes. State, county, city and other public buyers can sit alongside federal sources. Local awards are often where the recurring supplier patterns are clearest, because the same vendors show up across neighbouring jurisdictions.
How do we get access?
Through a conversation with our team. There is no free trial and no self-serve signup. The quickest start is telling us the categories and buyers you sell to so we can confirm coverage.
