Facilities management contracts in the United States

Current opportunities, past awards, and the suppliers already winning them.

Facilities management contracts across the US are bought by almost every kind of public organisation, which is exactly what makes them hard to track. School districts, counties, transit authorities, federal agencies and state departments all buy cleaning, maintenance and building services, and they all publish separately. A solicitation for the work you do best might come from an agency you have never heard of, three states away.

Procurement Context is a data service built for that scatter. It gathers live solicitations and awarded contract records from public procurement sources nationwide, and you query all of it by asking your AI assistant a plain English question. MCP is the only way in, so nothing else gets opened or installed. What has come open in my service lines. Which buyers have contracted this before. Who currently holds it.

FM contracts also tend to be long, which makes timing everything. If a five year janitorial contract was awarded two years ago, you want that in your plan now, not in the week the recompete drops. The award history tells you when work is likely to come back to market, and which of your competitors will be defending it when it does.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

What is live right now

Open opportunities across every covered portal, filtered by the criteria your team actually qualifies on.

Questions

Does it cover state and local facilities contracts, not just federal?
Yes. State, local and federal procurement sources are all covered where records are public, which matters for FM because so much of the buying is municipal. Coverage is portal-agnostic, so additional sources can be stood up quickly. Tell us where you operate and we will confirm.
Can I see when a current contract was awarded?
Yes. Past awards are stored with the buying organisation and the supplier that took the work, so an existing contract holder is visible. That history is what lets you anticipate recompetes rather than react to them. Which details are available depends on what the source publishes.
Does it work across multiple service lines?
Yes. Because you ask an AI assistant in ordinary language, you can describe the mix of services you actually provide rather than picking from a fixed category list. Multi-service FM providers usually find this easier than form-based search.
What do I need to set up?
Only the connection to your existing AI assistant. Any MCP client works, including Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. There is no separate application, no seats to administer and no dashboard for anyone to learn.
