Who is actually winning contracts in Queensland

Award history, incumbent suppliers and buyer patterns, from the source records.

Queensland spreads its buying across a state that does not concentrate in one city. Agencies in Brisbane award work delivered in the far north, the west and the regional centres, and hospital and health services buy on their own account. If you are weighing a bid, the question is less whether the requirement is real and more whether a supplier with a regional footprint already holds it.

Procurement Context answers that from the award records, inside your AI assistant. Ask which Queensland agencies have awarded in your category, who won, and how often the same supplier is reappointed. The answers come from the published records rather than a market summary written a year ago. There is no dashboard to learn and nothing separate for your team to log into, because the assistant they already use is the interface.

That is a go or no-go tool more than a bid writing one. Regional delivery capability, local presence and an established relationship are hard to displace, and the award history is the cheapest way to find out whether you are up against all three. Better to know in an afternoon than after a fortnight of writing that was never going to land.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

Questions

Can I see who currently holds a Queensland government contract?
Where the awarding agency published the award, yes. It names the winning supplier and the buyer. Reading several awards for the same agency is what shows you whether a supplier is entrenched or whether the work genuinely moves.
Does this cover Queensland hospital and health services?
Coverage is portal-agnostic, so health services and other public buyers can be stood up wherever they publish openly. We would rather confirm the specific buyers you sell to than make a blanket claim. Tell us who they are.
Can I compare what different Queensland buyers pay for the same thing?
You can ask, and where values were published you will get them. Pricing visibility depends entirely on what the buyer disclosed, so it is better in some categories than others. Nothing is estimated to fill a gap.
Does this work with the AI assistant we already use?
Yes. MCP is the only interface, so it connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or any other MCP client. There is no separate application, which is the point of building it this way.
