Who is actually winning contracts in Singapore

Award history, incumbent suppliers and buyer patterns, from the source records.

Singapore's public sector buys through a centralised process, which is efficient for the buyer and slightly opaque for a supplier trying to work out where it stands. The tender notice tells you a requirement exists. It does not tell you which agencies and statutory boards have bought this before, which suppliers they went with, or whether the work has sat with one firm across several cycles.

Procurement Context puts the award records behind your AI assistant. Ask which agencies have awarded in your category, who won, and how often the same supplier is reappointed. The answers come from published award records rather than a summary someone compiled months ago. You ask in plain English inside the tool your team already uses, with no dashboard to learn and nothing separate for anyone to log into.

For a regional business development lead that is a resourcing decision. Singapore is often one of several markets you are covering at once, and knowing where a category already has a settled holder tells you which of them deserves the bid team this quarter. It is a cheaper way to qualify a market than sending someone to sit in meetings about it.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

What is live right now

Open opportunities across every covered portal, filtered by the criteria your team actually qualifies on.

Questions

Can I see who won past Singapore government tenders?
Where the award was published, yes. The record shows the awarding agency and the winning supplier, plus the value where it was disclosed. We work from what the source publishes and do not estimate anything it leaves out.
Does this cover statutory boards as well as ministries?
Coverage is portal-agnostic, so any public procurement source can be stood up quickly regardless of which body it belongs to. Tell us which buyers you sell to and we will confirm what is already in place rather than claim it generally.
Can I look at Singapore alongside other Asian markets?
Yes. Coverage is not limited by country, so if you sell across several markets they can sit behind the same questions. If a portal you rely on is not yet in, it can usually be stood up quickly because it is public.
Is this a dashboard or a subscription tool?
Neither, in the usual sense. The only interface is MCP, so it connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or another MCP client and answers inside that. Access is arranged through our sales team rather than by signing up.
