Awarded contract search, inside ChatGPT

No new dashboard. ChatGPT connects to the source data and answers there.

There is a specific moment where award data changes an outcome, and it is earlier than most teams reach for it. Not during the bid, when the decision to pursue has already been paid for, but in the twenty minutes when someone is deciding whether the notice is worth a bid/no-bid meeting at all. At that point nobody opens a portal, because opening a portal is a job and this is a judgement call.

Award records reachable from ChatGPT sit at the right end of that timeline. You paste in what you are looking at and ask whether this buyer has bought it before, who from, and whether the same supplier keeps winning. Thirty seconds later you know whether you are looking at an open field or a renewal with a foregone conclusion, and the meeting either happens or does not.

The alternative most teams settle for is institutional memory: someone who has been in the market long enough to recall who holds what. That works until they are on leave, or until the market is one you have just entered. The published record does not have those failure modes, provided it is close enough to hand to actually consult.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

What is live right now

Open opportunities across every covered portal, filtered by the criteria your team actually qualifies on.

Questions

Can we ask about competitors by name?
Yes. Supplier-led questions work the same way as buyer-led ones, so you can ask where a named competitor has been winning and for which agencies.
Is the data limited to one country?
No. Awards from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other markets come through the same connection, which matters for teams bidding across borders.
How current are the award records?
They track the published sources. Award notices are inherently retrospective, so the meaningful question is how quickly a publication appears, and that follows the portal rather than a refresh schedule of ours.
What is required on the ChatGPT side?
A plan with MCP connector support. We will confirm what your organisation has when we set the connection up with you.
