Ohio government contract data, inside your AI

Ask who is buying in Ohio, who has won before, and what they bid.

Ohio suppliers deal with a state procurement layer, three major metropolitan governments, eighty-eight counties, and a dense set of townships, school districts and public universities that buy on their own authority. Cooperative purchasing is common here too, which means a requirement you expected to see as an open solicitation may instead be filled through an arrangement that was competed years ago and somewhere else.

Procurement Context makes those scattered sources answerable from the AI assistant you already use. You ask which Ohio entities have bought your category and who won it, or what is currently open across state and local sources, and the answer is drawn from the published notices and award records. There is no portal to choose and no separate lookup for the award side.

The decision worth improving is the one made before the bid team is assigned. Whether an incumbent has held a contract through several renewals. Whether the buyer tends to compete openly or lean on cooperative contracts. Which competitors keep winning in the category and where their wins cluster geographically. Those answers change what you pursue, and they are far cheaper to get in advance than to learn from a loss.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

What is live right now

Open opportunities across every covered portal, filtered by the criteria your team actually qualifies on.

Questions

Does it include Ohio counties, townships and school districts?
Yes, alongside state agencies and the public universities. These bodies publish separately from the state, so each is covered as its own source. Any public Ohio source not already in can be stood up quickly.
Can it show me the incumbent on a contract?
Where the award record is public, yes. Awarded contracts, the buying entity, the winning supplier and the value are all part of the dataset. Incumbency is usually the first thing worth checking before committing to a bid.
How do we get started?
By talking to sales. The product is sold directly, there is no self-service signup and no free trial. The conversation covers which sources you need and how your team would use them.
Is there a dashboard to log into?
No. The only interface is MCP, so everything happens inside the AI assistant your team already has open. There is nothing separate to learn, and no extra tool competing for attention during a bid.
