Australia government contract data, inside your AI

Ask who is buying in Australia, who has won before, and what they bid.

Selling to Australian government means dealing with a federation that does not share a front door. The Commonwealth publishes separately from each state and territory, councils run their own processes, and panels carry a large share of the spend. A supplier who is not on the right panel can watch relevant work go past without ever being invited, and finding that out after you have built a capture plan is expensive.

Procurement Context makes those records answerable from the AI assistant your team already uses. Ask which agencies have bought in your category, which suppliers they awarded to, and what is open now, and the answer comes from the source notices and contract records. There is no dashboard to learn, because MCP connects it straight to the tool your team already uses.

The questions that decide a bid are the slow ones. Whether an agency approaches the market openly or goes to an existing panel. Which suppliers keep winning across Commonwealth and state buyers in a category. Whether a requirement has been retendered before, and whether the panel changed. Those are judgement calls, and they get easier when the underlying record is one question away.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

What is live right now

Questions

Does it cover state and local government as well as Commonwealth?
Yes. Commonwealth, state and territory, and local government buyers are all in scope. Coverage is not tied to any one jurisdiction's platform, so the federation stops being an obstacle. Tell us which jurisdictions you sell into and we will confirm what is already covered.
Can I see who won previous Australian government contracts?
Awarded contract records sit alongside the open tenders, including the buying agency and the winning supplier. That history is what shows you incumbency and how often a requirement genuinely comes back to market. For most bid teams it is the more useful half of the dataset.
How is this different from tender alert emails?
An alert tells you a tender has been published, at the same moment your competitors find out. It does not tell you what that agency has bought before, from whom, or whether the incumbent is entrenched. Both answers sit behind one plain English question here.
Do I need to set my team up on a new system?
No. The only interface is MCP, so it connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or whichever assistant your team already has open. There is nothing separate to log into and no dashboard to learn.
