Defence contracts in the United Kingdom

Current opportunities, past awards, and the suppliers already winning them.

UK defence procurement runs heavily through frameworks, and that shapes the whole bidding problem. Missing the framework competition can mean missing several years of call-offs behind it, and the notice for the framework itself is often less informative than the pattern of what gets called off once it is in place. Watching only for open tenders means watching the wrong layer.

This service makes the layer underneath visible. Live tenders, awarded contract records, buyer purchasing histories and competitor win records are all reachable by asking your AI assistant in plain English, through MCP, with no dashboard and no separate application. Which organisations have procured in your category. Who won. How often the same suppliers appear. The answers come from the source records rather than a written summary.

For bid teams, the practical use is prioritisation. There are always more tenders you could technically respond to than you have writers for, and the deciding factor should be evidence rather than optimism. A category where awards keep landing with the same two names deserves different treatment to one where they move, and you would rather know which it is early.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

What is live right now

Open opportunities across every covered portal, filtered by the criteria your team actually qualifies on.

Questions

Does it cover defence tenders across the whole UK public sector?
Coverage is portal-agnostic and spans public procurement sources rather than a single portal, so central and wider public sector buying can be included. If a source is publicly available it can be stood up quickly. Tell us which buyers matter to you and we will confirm.
Can it show me who won a framework or a previous contract?
Yes, to the extent the source publishes it. The record names the organisation doing the buying and the supplier that won, across past cycles. That is what lets you see whether a category has a settled set of incumbents. It is usually more decision-relevant than the tender notice itself.
How does it connect to my AI assistant?
Through MCP, the Model Context Protocol, which is the only interface it has. That means Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or any other MCP client can query the procurement records directly. There is nothing else for your team to log into.
Can I try it before buying?
There is no free trial and no online signup. The product is sold through a conversation so that coverage matches the sources you actually bid into. Speak to our sales team and we will scope it with you.
