Who is actually winning contracts in France

Award history, incumbent suppliers and buyer patterns, from the source records.

In France the award is where the useful information is. A published tender tells you a requirement exists. The award tells you which supplier the buyer chose, and if you read enough of them across a category you learn which firms the public buyers in that market actually keep going back to. Most suppliers never do that reading, because it means opening notices one at a time.

Procurement Context turns it into a question you ask your AI assistant. Which buyers have awarded in your category, who won, and how often the same supplier appears. The answers come from the published award records rather than from a market report. You work inside the tool your team already has open, and there is no dashboard and no separate login.

This matters most when you are choosing where not to bid. French public buying runs across the state, the regions, the departments and the communes, plus the hospital and university sectors, and they do not behave the same way. Knowing that a category has an entrenched holder in one segment and genuine turnover in another is what stops you spending a capture budget in the wrong place.

Use cases

Who is buying, and what is next

What an agency has bought, from whom, at what value, and on what cycle. Contracts coming up for renewal are the pipeline nobody has published yet.

Who you are up against

The suppliers who keep winning in a category, with their award history and estimated win rate. Know the incumbent before you commit a team to the response.

What the work goes for

Awarded contract records with values and dates. Price against evidence of what this buyer has paid before, not against a guess.

Questions

Can I see who won a French public contract and what it was worth?
Yes, where the awarding buyer has published it. The winning supplier, the contracting authority and the value are part of the award record. Values are only as complete as the source makes them, and we do not fill gaps with estimates.
Does this cover regional and hospital buyers as well as central government?
Regional, local and health sector buyers are not treated differently to central ones, because coverage follows whether a source is public rather than which tier it sits in. New sources can be stood up quickly. Tell us which buyers you sell into and we will confirm what is in place.
How is this different from reading the award notices myself?
Nothing stops you reading them. The difference is that a question like which suppliers have won this category across the last several buyers takes a moment here and takes an afternoon by hand. The underlying records are the same public records.
Is there a free version I can try?
No. Procurement Context is sold rather than self-served, so there is no trial and no signup. The first step is a conversation with our sales team about which buyers and categories you need covered.
